Just a Spoonful of Sugary Maple: Les cabanes à sucre of Quebec!
This is a really fun experience! You learn about the maple sugar and syrup process, enjoy a tasty dinner of Quebecois cuisine, experience live folk music including dancing and playing the "spoons" and end the evening with a big smile on your face! The last time we visited the Erabliere le Chemin du Roy, about a 15 to 20 minute drive from Quebec City.
