Pacific Coastal Wine Cruise 9/13/2013

Well, I can't stay "Cruiseless in Southport" for very long!  Travel is my passion and I love the planning & anticipation of a trip or cruise almost as much as I enjoy the trip itself!  Being a wine lover, I've always wanted to visit wineries on our Pacific coast.  Pacific coastal cruises are rare, as they are generally repositioning cruises to/from the Alaska season so we're off for a Pacific coastal cruise in September!

Of course, Elliott, our mascot will be accompanying us!  He's traveled far & wide with us, doing mostly cruises, since he was born in the jungles of Panama in 2006!

Just imagine the view as you sail beneath the Golden Gate Bridge!  Join us for a unique 9-night Pacific Coastal Cruise from Vancouver to San Diego, embarking September 13, 2013 on Celebrity’s recently “Solsticized”  Millennium.  Ports of call include Victoria, Nanaimo, Seattle, San Francisco (with an overnight), & Monterey.   This cruise offers a great opportunity to savor some of the great wines and craft beers of the Pacific Coast.   You can visit Chinatown for dim sum, the incredible Butchart Gardens and even Alcatraz.  How about hanging out with the Orca whales on a whale watching adventure, catching a flying fish at Pike's Place Market, or wandering Monterey’s famous Cannery Row?  The possibilities are almost endless.
